I had visited this place with some expectations, expected some enthusiasm.. but all I got was disrespect, loss, miss communication, no freedom, extra charges.. and more. Melvin was friendly on phone he did tell me all the details about the charges. But at the time of check out I was not given the bill what was promised. May be I did not ask him about the charges, but as a host it was his responsibility to communicated everything in details about the stay and the price.. Everything was done on call, by a verbal communication. He did not send any written proof as well. Later blamed me and talk money from us, but reduced 20% of it after having an argument, very bad customer interaction. And i was not able to be free at his place, to talk i need to reduce my volume, was not able to play music. Over all a very worst behavior and customer experience. would never recommend anyone here.. Always money minded even for cup of curd he charged me 20rs which proves he is always money minded.
