Our recent stay at Mindescapes was nothing short of spectacular. We were so impressed by the ambience and facilities offered at the property. We booked the Scatlet suite room and was so happy with it. The room has enough storage and space , perfect if you have a toddler or children and are carrying a lot of luggage. The views from the balcony was breathtaking. The staff at the property were so humble and helpful. Special shoutout to our day n night managers. Food was good but the breakfast options and food was below average. They don’t have a menu for breakfast and the food gets cold very quick due to the weather and we were surprised to see that such a good hotel doesn’t have burners to keep the food warm. They also are confused with their food pricing and was charging us buffet price for even Alacarte’.The staff took our feedback positively and asked us to give genuine feedback which speaks a lot about the integrity and value of them. It’s a great place to stay if you want to cut off from the hustle n bustle of city life and have a great laid back time

Visited in May 2024: Location: the best a person can ask. the view from the balcony is just heaven. the entire valley is visible. check the pictures included. Ambience: Excellent Food: 2 in-house restaurants are there. Continental (Celeste) with asian cuisine along with bar. North Indian (Nirvana) with authentic north cuisine. Nirvana is superb in taste. Celeste is good in ambience Accessibility: Easily accessible through main road of Kethi Washroom: Good with western toilet, 24 hr hot water. No bath tub though. Variety of body washes, shampoo and conditioner are in place Lobby: lobby has a small pond with gold fish, Koicarp fish. Overall: Superb. Must stay place away from the highly populated hustle of core ooty. Booking: I booked through goibibo and the experience was very good. goibibo has been the one stop solution for travel for many years now, and the legacy keeps going.

This property is not worth /night category. They don't have buffet spread for breakfast. No room service. For everything you need to struggle. Your whole purpose of relaxation is defeated. They have alacart basis some continental and one or two North indian items. They are blunt in telling you that we don't have chef to serve to serve basic Idly, vada and dosa. Being the peak season, they are looting the customers showing some nice pictures of tea garden next to your window which is not true. This is very tiny property of only 7 rooms with semi professional team under-serving makes you disappointed for the money you paid. You get very nice properties with fantastic breakfast spread per night. In my experience, these rooms are worth night in peak season and in un-season

Property is good! Rooms are spacious and well ventilated. What really needs improvement is their food. The resort doesn't have buffet breakfast option and it's ala-carte. The price is quite high and the portion is very less for the price you pay. Portion won't be enough even for a 2year old kid. Dinner menu most of the items are not available and food quality needs improvement. Overall stay was good but the food experience was awful.
