The hospitality, ambience, staff, connectivity all throughout is 5 stars from my end. one of the best Hotels in Waynad, city center easily accessible to all places. I should mention Hotel staff are the best. Special mention to guys in Reception they have treated us as family. this is my third time in Mintflower, I have a plethora of good memories. Staff are so helpful, and arranged the vehicle for trips, Negotiating the late check out options. Everything about hospitality was above the expectations. I don't have any corn to discuss. I suggest Mintflower to everyone and this is my honest review It is safe and the personal space was a lot better

Sujeesh and Abin at front desk took care of minor requests. Club room is very neat and comfortable. Kids enjoyed running around. Bed and pillow are really good. A kind request, please keep a hand towel(they provided bathing towel :-) but manageable) in washroom. Restaurant serves delicious authentic kerala style food. Don't miss the chicken biriyani, puttu + curry, lemon tea. Couldn't try shawarma and alfahm as it got over by 8:30 pm.

Rooms are very well maintained, neat and clean. staff are very polite and friendly. Even the security people are very helpful in parking the vehicles and guiding us to the places of visit. overall very good experience, definitely will opt for the same hotel in future. Thanks you.
