The location of the property is in such a area that the road which connects to the cottage, the road condition is very bad. Normal cars cannot go on that route and only Jeep is allowed on that route. Walking on that road will be a tiring one. Basic things were not available in the room for example mirror and wardrobe. The room was quite spacious but they have kept big chairs in the room and that has made us problematic to roam around the room. Dining facility was available in the property but was very small. Overall I cannot say that our stay was comfortable.

Location of the cottage is 7 to 8 KMs away from main Munnar town. It is a calm and peaceful cottage. People at the cottage are very courteous and helpful. Only thing that required more attention is the cleanliness of the room. Rooms were not dirty but could have been much better. Hospitality was excellent. Since the Cottage is situated a little away from the main road, they helped us in transporting our luggage in their jeep during our stay. :)

I am totally satisfied with the services and with the facilities in this property. The room and the washroom was clean, and the washroom had proper toiletries. Conduct of the staff was also up to par. All in all I had a very comfortable stay in this property as the ambiance of the property is nice.

decent room, good bathroom with hot water facility, great surrounding, food variety limited.... off route from road.....call hotel manager, he will come to pick you up from main road....
