We visited Kodaikanal last week. Found this hotel on Goibibo with great reviews so went ahead with it. It proved to be a great decision as everything went perfect from start till finish. We booked standard room with breakfast. Room size was enough for 3 of us (including 4 years old kid). Breakfast was tasty and has different varieties. Most importantly, staff was so curious and helpful, managed by wonderful mr. Clinton. They took care of everything and didn't give any chance to complain. Mr. Clinton himself was checking with us everyday how was our day and if we had any concern. That caring attitude proved to be the difference maker for me. Hotel has all necesarry amenities and is hardly half km away from Kodaikanal lake. I would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a good hotel in Kodaikanal. I'll always remember Kodaikanal for it's cool weather and for mr Clinton's warmth.

I recently stayed at Nachiappa Palaniappa Grand Inn and had a disappointing experience. The breakfast provided was horrible, despite being included in the plan. The food was half-cooked, and the room had fungus on the walls. The toilet flush wasn't working properly. When I requested a taxi for sightseeing, the reception demanded an amount much higher than what I could get from outside service providers. To top it off, I spotted a big rat in the grand restaurant – perhaps it was there for breakfast too! Overall, my experience was pathetic – not terrific as I had hoped. Hopefully, the hotel will address these issues to improve their service.

Best thing about this hotel is the location on a hill and views from the rooms, If you stay at this place you will get beautiful valley views. The hotel is very near to kodaikanal lake.. excellent room and service especially Martin and Room Service people are very helpful and also Rooms are big and all the amenities are there. I suggest this hotel to everyone who is visiting kodaikanal, you will not regret staying in the hotel...🤗 overall very satisfactory stay experience 👍

Very good accommodation. Clean bathroom and toilets. Friendly staffs. Daily room cleaning. Very nice TV and OTT. Valet parking was available. The view was very good with luxury lighting. Kettle and poultry products was provided. The heater was available in the bathroom for all time without any restriction. There was an issue with intercom and parking due to maintenance. But no worries about it since the staff took care of them. Very near to the Lake and all tourist places.

we found the room with smart tv and the toilets with premium fittings. room n toilets were neat n clean. linen were clean. electric kettle was provided. free breakfast was average. staff were friendly n courteous. reception n restaurant are spacious with one central lift. cons= in the toilet we did not find shaving mirror and there was no hook or stand for dry cloaths. no cupboards in the room. we had a comfortable stay.

The stay was Comfortable. We faced an initial issue with the wifi and smart TV but was rectified. Its better to book the breakfast along with the stay as its worthy. Everyone in the reception from the check in till check out was of great help. Mr. Balu, The Manager was so eager in making us comfortable. Mahesh Annan was also very helpfulThe food too was great as we struggled a bit to find good restaurants nearby.

The stay was amazing but the only one problem I had there was some electricity problem in my room... staff were verry friendly and good behaviour but only one thing disappointed to me was security guard.. I was leaving from there the guard asks for money and I refused coz I don't have liquid money in my hand so I told him and he was behaving verry rudely to me... Rest everything is good neat and clean rooms....

The hotel has been getting renovated.. room is pretty ok and restroom was not clean. In house heater is good.balcony view was very good. staffs were very helpful and parking will be good if vehicles are minimal otherwise bit complicated.. restaurent not available time being as getting renewed..near by lake is added advantage for this hotel..this hotel will be good if all renovation works fully completed..

The hotel is a good hotel.The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are big and are worth the spend. Dinner order is professionally taken in advance by evening and the order is delivered on time at the requested hour sizzling hot. Though the hotel is undergoing renovations, the hotel was built way back with all requirements on a 3 Star facility .

"Neat and clean rooms"."Affordable price" . Hotel located near by lake so it was very convenient for us to go just in a minute to reach lake... staffs are so friendly. They provide us everything without asking that was so overwhelming... Thank you so much for taking good care of us.

Stay was excellent. The staff were very polite and responsible. The room was very well maintained. It has a kettle, cups, coffee and tea. The restaurant at the hotel is closed temporarily. But the hotel staff helped in getting food to room. I will recommend this hotel to my friends

Just the location and lobby looks attracting but rooms were not upto the mark. Definitely not as shown in the images. Another good thing for us was we our car got a flat tyre and the puncture shop was just opp the hotel. No restaurant facility.

Hotel's location was good, was near the Lake. The rates were quite ok, it was understood the rates are higher for bookings on a holiday, other hotels checked were almost 50% more, the rooms were clean and good. Would visit again.thank pravlin

Good VFM. Parking is a hassle - taking out your car will be difficult, if you are an early riser. Good Maintenance but has to improve alot. Refurbishing their restaurant, so it will take a month. Mr Bala & Karthick was very helpful 👍.

The hotel is in a walkable distance to the lake, the front desk guys were quite polite, should stay the rooms nice with coffee makers and a big tv, and nice bed. would visit again
