receptionist is not availble for long hours and do not reply or implement requests and little rude receptionist. water bottles are not available. no hot water on request even if you have kids. food is expensive. no lift upstairs. too cold place at evenings atleast. poor punctuality with tour buses. tv never recharged or repaired even after request.

I have stayed in nahar for 2 nights. The room and washroom are very clean and good. But light water leakage in floor 220. Hotel Utsav also gave good quality foods in good taste at reasonable prices. Thank you nahar for good room. I like to stay again at nahar. Hotel is very near to bus stand it also very useful

The staffs were very helpful and the service provided was excellent. It is in the prime location with easy access to all tourist destinations. The parking facility is very less. There isn't ample space to park an SUV or Sedan

It was a cozy room, but the only thing we felt missing was a room heater, this would have made our stay conplete
