The room was small, but comfortable.. The staff was cooperative and honest, especially the one who was cleaning my room.. However, I had to ask twice for the soap. Basic amenities should be there before the customer check in.. Overall my experience was good..

Decent stay, when i reach hotel they were saying rooms are not available and asking me what to do, i said i need room, then they arranged near room in another hotel which is same branch,however i didnt face any trouble.........

I had booked a room at NB Palace a month ago, when I got there they said that they didn't have any rooms and they gave a room in another hotel called charminar residency. The bathrooms were in a pathetic condition.

This is an average hotel. Their breakfast starts after 8am. Food is good but with less option for a vegetarian. Service is good, the staff is ready to go out of way to help you.
