We stayed for 3 nights during May first week with family. Beautiful serene location in the lap of Neelimala mountain range and tea plantations. The Hotel is situated on the main road making it easily accessible. Its also nearby many beautiful sights like Chembra peak, Neelimala view points(unfortunately closed now due to forest fire), Suchipara and Kantanpara waterfalls and Edakkel caves. Popular places like Kalpetta-22kms and Sulthan bathery- 20kms awaay. There's a small local market within 500mts of hotel. Nearest biggest market is Mappadi(15kms). As for amenities there's a decently maintained Swimming pool of overall 3ft Depth (downside-excessive chlorine). A cute and cozy park in the shape of a valley with few adventure activities like Zip line, Burma bridge etc. However reaching these amenities is a bit challenging since they are located behind the hotel which is very steep and the path goes from outside the hotel with deep staircases. The hotel staffs were supportive. There were a few glitches like cranky intercom and broken hair dryer which were never fixed by the hotel management despite multiple complaints. Food was okay as there were not much items on the menu. They did mess up our food order a few times. Suggestion for hotel management to be attentive to complaints and requests from guests. Overall a nice and pleasant stay. I'll recommend this place for all types of travelers.

from front view this hotel looks like normal city side lodge. but back side they have created a resort kind of area with well maintained garden area, pool and few organic vegetables garden etc. They have adventure games at this area including zip line etc. I will recommend this hotel for families and small groups. if you are staying here keep a half a day to enjoy this place itself before you plan any other site seeing. edakal caves, flower garden, museum and Jain temple is very near to this area. just 3-4 km away you can see tea gardens and also you can plan for tea factory visit (we could not get time). we along with our 7 year old kid really enjoyed stay here with homely food they served with reasonable price. we stayed for two nights and had complete waynad site seeing.

A hidden gem, great view from the balcony, beautiful locale,and well maintained. The food is good and homely. The pool and the gardens of the hotel is very beautiful and feels very exclusive. The room paint and upkeep needs a little work, but I'm sure they will work on it. The staff is extremely courteous, attentive and polite, and very helpful. They helped us with information about the local places and made us feel quite at home without being intrusive. You have a great team. Thank you for the hospitality and we hope to return again.

Pros 1) excellent service ,e.g: TV channels were not coming after calling reception,they changed settop box with in 3 minutes, whatever you ask for in service,they provided in less than 3 minutes. 2) location:13 km from eddakal caves ,Kanthanpara waterfalls:10 km Many other are also near but unfortunately it was closed !) Museum !!) Suchipara waterfall !!!) Chembra peak !v) minamutti waterfalls 3) really good rooms ,big,clean bathrooms,and view also good 4) behind the hotel downstairs huge property with lush greenery.

The stay was a complete disappointment. The rooms lack proper ventilation, the bathroom. We had booked this hotel specially for the swimming pool which was apparently one person told under cleaning while the other person told was under construction. We don't know if even either of them is true. The past 2 days we were staying in another homestay in wayanad which was very good and had a very good view and was much more economical than this. We now regret leaving that and coming here for that swimming pool.

Resort is located in an easily accessible location in sulthan bathery vaduvanchal mainroad.. The staffs were friendly and gave a family feeling... They provided buffet breakfast and dinner in affordable price even though we were not opted during bookings.. Major highlight is they got a nice pool and garden where you can spend quality time..😀😀. Also they got a rooftop restaurant where you can get Live prepared food with nice ambience😊😊

The facility doesn't have any planned check-in facilities. We need to wait for check in even after 12 pm since the previous guest couldn't checkout. They provided us a disabled persons room since it was only available, we are not disabled for information. Also, the kitchen will be closed , the pool is dirty and there are no other facilities in this place. Better to avoid this if you are going during the peak vacation period.

Very good hotel, value for money. Rooms are very good and my kids enjoyed. Nice view from Windows. it's near to Neelimala view point. we can cover 3 places in a day (Neelimala, Edakkal caves and Jain Temple). All the facilities and even emergency services are available.We really enjoyed staying in this hotel. only I suggest hotel management to keep traditional Kerala food always available.

Rooms were pretty big and neat. however when it comes to quality of food or amenities, not a great place. Swimming pool is in very bad condition and other indoor games are time restricted. couldn't use as it was closed by 6. we were the only guest in entire hotel for the day.

5* in all sense.... location, view, food, hospitality, gym, swimming pool, few adventurous sports and games. All the places are near by so good to stay. have special rooms for disabled and elders. staff are very much committed and friendly. I strongly recommend.

It was an excellent stay. The food was good . The recreation area is beautiful but should be developed more. A chidrens park is required. Overall a good place and well behaved staff.
