Worst experience I ever had in my recent stays. Not satisfied with room aminities provided. They didn't provide any welcome drink as they mentioned in their policies. Pool was not in good condition and totally out of use. Although very disgusting experience I had with the stay then also staff behaviour is satisfied. Staffs are cordial and benignant with valuable support. All others are simply worst.

Staff members are friendly. Location of hotel is good as it is 100 meter walking distance. One suggestion is to change the swimming pool time. Please allow the the pool till 8 pm instead of 6 pm. In evening after returning from visit, we like to relax in the pool for sometime.

Nice hotel, good location, easy to reach the sea, within budget, staffs are very much concerned about the guests .... Personally I really had nice time in the hotel. If I visit Kovalam again, I'll prefer to be in New Kovalam Beach Resort.

hotel's location is too far ac is not working . the hotel is totally rubbish, we also didn't get the breakfast which was complementary for both the days, the service is not at all good there are insects in and around the room

Hotel is really close to the beach ! However to reach this hotel is hassle. You have to walk more if you are coming by Car or traveller ! Hotel staff are friendly and will assist.

The sea view room was fantastic, offering stunning ocean views and a peaceful atmosphere. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. A perfect spot for a relaxing stay!

Ac not working only air will come, bathroom not clean, inside room too much dust, swimming pool not maintained cleaning, i got only two bed rooms only

Nice hotel located very close to the beach , value for money & very cordial staff. The only drawback is that vehicles can not reach upto the hotel.

Good Place to stay in Kovalam. Very Close to Sea beach. This place has a swimming pool. Neat and clean rooms. I got this at reasonable price.
