My stay in this hotel was for 2 days , as I am regular customer of go ibibo my expectations were Preety high as I used to get before .coming to the point the hospitality from the hotel was ridiculous In points I I'll detail 1 soaps and water not provided . 2 room service was poorest as the order came after an hour whenever ordered 3 TOWEL WERE NOT PROVIDED EVEN AFTER BEEN ASKED. 4 receptionist was not at all happy to welcome us 5 electricity backup was not there as in the morning electricit ...more

Good hotel room, with good staff behavior, I booked the standard room but they gave us the deluxe room to stay. Really thankful for making our stay pleasant.

The situation of hotel was very bad I book hotel sun and snow .. ,when I reached hotel they said to me that this hotel is full and there is no room in this hotel for stay if you want to stay then I will shift you in another hotel that was hotel shivalya the condition of that hotel was very bad bathroom was not clean when I complain for that they told me you can go from here.

As I visited there with family &I got 3rd floor to stay when I entered room found bathroom door and commode was in very bad condition. No to visit with family, cleanliness was very poor.

First day they give me room in another bad hotel and next day they shifted me. Rooms are just ok. But view was really good. If you are getting this within ****, you can go for it.

It would have been better if I had booked by using other site , no value for money . Never used to wrote negative comments but hotel tortured my family to the extreme

Its a nice hotel to stay for both family n couple... Walkable distance from Mall road. Basic amenities like geyser n TV available. Spacious room. Hotel manager n service boys r good with prompt service.

Had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The room is near Gurdwara and the Hadimba Temple is 10 min walk from the hotel. Room and bathroom were clean. Overall had a satisfactory stay.
