The location is good , the manager tried to haggle us by charging extra money , the staff was okay and the rooms were clean enough the only downside was the ac not working properly which is a major issue in many of their rooms apart from that the rooms are spacious and the food available is reasonably priced but they charge additional gst on top of it, plus drinking water is chargeable as well. considering the price point , for a price the hotel is good but please don't waste rs as there are much better options within a radius of 10kms. the place seemed couple friendly the check in check out was good enough the place has security cameras and the area around the hotel is good.

pretty good and much better then i expected. staff is very good and made our stay very smooth. we stayed with our two dogs and they served us in the best possible way. i'm impressed. must recommend place for gathering and stay they have big balconies attached to rooms.

Nice Hotel, location was very near to MG road metro Station, room was clean, all staff is very cooperative, specilay Mr. Braj behavior is also friendly.over all Experience was so good , I recommend to Nook hotel, for best staying in Gurgaon near MG road metro Station.

location is great just beside MG road metro.Family suite rooms are really good and spacious. stay was very comfortable. AC cooling was good. good was tasty. overall a comfortable stay. would surely recommend anyone who visit gurgaon for a stay.

Room and washroom was unhygienic. Room lock system didn't work properly. The staff service was disgusting. Breakfast was not available as per menu. Overall, I would not suggest to anyone for Nook inn & suites.

Electric socket not working properly even Mobile charger can not be connected. Door lock is damaged and used simple lock low cost that is not secure. As a corporate hotel they should response even small things.

great place, close to metro... helping staff, good rooms + amenities. clean, and all time accessibility. ask staff fot direct entry from mg road instead of going inside the sector to reach the place.
