firstly name of hotel was something different, secondly very odd location, showers z spray not working, didn’t provide towels and most importantly they lock the door by 11 and my food got canceled and when i asked to open the door they didn’t open and when I contacted your customer support after 45 minutes of long call they didn’t provide me solution and now someone call me and telling we can give you compensation of 33 what we will do with 33 staff were so misbehaved , what we do book hotel and fight with staff my food got canceled that was already paid and i called your support team after 40 minutes of talking also they didn’t provide me solution great service

It's a most scary and disgusting hotel a couple can ever think. Horrible behavior and extremely unprofessional behavior from the official. Not even a single water bottle is in the room. There is no security of the property also the main door was locked while check out. Bed sheets and towels are full stains and washroom are pathetic.

This hotel is not for family and traveler. They will ask you for extra money on counter! They have very diffrent name of hotel, not a safe place for family. You will hear bed jumping sound in next room, hope you will book your room. 🙏Food of hotel was same as shit! No taste at all.

privacy is good, room need to be more cleaner,but from privacy and couple friendly point of view it is excellent..staff behavior is ok.need to be little polite..food is very expensive here. if u want couple friendly then go,for normal stay choose different hotel.

Didn't provided the WIFI password, Droplets of water was dropping from the AC, Provided a bad Allout, few mosquitos were there, i had to keep the bike in the road since no parking facilities ! Not at all !

This is 2nd time when i book this hotel.1st time was very good but this time very bad.1. Low maintained room and bathroom.2. Warm water not available for bath.
