Very bad experience. Service is very poor. Everytime what we have ordered we have to call twice or thrice before the delivery of that item. Even while the checkin time also they take about 20 minutes to bring the luggage to our room. Rooms are also not well according to our expectations after seeing the . Many things are damaged in the rooms like windows, hotel card energy saver switch etc. Reception staff is not well behaved. He directly says to leave the room before 5 minutes of the check out in a rudely manner. Internet facility is worst. 60 kbps is the speed and while connecting the wifi we have faced many problems. Quality of food is worst. In breakfast they serve Poori and Sabji. Poori's are very cold and takes very much effort to tear. Overall experience is worst ever in Kolkata.

location akhanka near eco park area, quiet place, location in app is correct the hotel is clean and staff also kind, Subash showed me the rooms and given me choice, got clean room walls not very still is ok on average also clean bathroom, I didn't use tv still it was there with set top box ac good working condition, outside food not allowed, drinking water pay extra booked for couple of nights in akhanka area near eco park 20kms from the MG road, bus number 215 from Howrah to Akhanka, value for money staff were helpful and kind, food they serve quality and taste are good also they service guy Razib served complementary breakfast poori, potatoes and chana sabji with a cup of Chai

Room is good. But the service is so poor, had to wait for 40mnts for c/in even after 2.pm, when I started taking bath, realized that there is no soap or shower gel, I gave tv complain again called after 30mnts no, one turned up through out the stay. Asked for water in night while having Dinner, it took 25mnts to reach the water, I asked for 01 only plate they said they don't have. Problem is with management there was only Guy who was giving service to everyone. Pathetic.

Great stay at this price! Neat and clean room and washroom. It is just next to Akankha More Petrol Pump. The apartment is good for everyone. Be it couple, friends or Family. City Centre II , Eco Tourism Park , Wax Museum these are just 10 minutes away. Oct 2019

the silver key hotel is to good, I have good experience. the location is hotel is good it's near by ecopark and city center 2, the vibes of hotel is do positive. the staffs are humble and polite. food quality is good. also bathroom are is big, it's impressive.

everything seems to be gud except tortoise speed staff and their inability to speak and understand Fluent english or hindi. for Room service its Pathetic...response time is too much.
