I am writing to share my recent, rather disheartening experience with Hotel O Kayalkara Villa by Lefort, located near Kovalam and Poovar, Trivandrum. My stay was scheduled from January 4th to January 7th Upon arrival, I encountered several issues that significantly marred my stay. The hotel lacked basic amenities, with no WiFi available, a malfunctioning air conditioner, and an absence of blankets and towels. To my utter disbelief, the washroom was teeming with snails, which was both unsanitary and distressing.I promptly reached out to customer support, hoping for assistance in changing the room, hotel, or securing a refund for the four days. Regrettably, no help was forthcoming, which only compounded my frustration. Consequently, I took it upon myself to switch hotels on the same day, January 4th, incurring additional expenses out of my own pocket.Given this unfortunate experience, I would strongly advise against using this hotel for any future services, as it failed to provide adequate support or resolution during my stay.

The staff was very helpful and courteous All of the hotel staff were very good and cooperative. Neat and clean rooms. Comfortable and hygienic stay. Hotel staffs were very cooperative.

Well trained staff, so clean and hygiene Room spacious, clean, comfortable. Reception staff welcomed nicely. Comfortable bed, great location.
