highly disappointed, stinking room offered later shifted to a little better one that too had cockroaches with leaking taps in bathroom, except housekeeper and waiter every single thing was not upto the mark. They do not serve your choice of breakfast.avoid if possible.

This is the worst hotel for the price that they are asking for. The room is of very bad quality and the hotel staff is very inhospitable..They didn't provide us with the TV remote. The bathroom hose was disfunctional. The bathroom tap was broken and the basin was dirty. The blanket was dirty and the bed was a bit torn. The handle on the door was broken. response from reception is hilarious...I ordered a pot of tea and wait for 15 min...and knock their door for every possible way but they just assured me that tea is coming.... hell..is it coming from darjeeling...damn... tea comes after a hour I think...after several times knocking reception door...neway...reception density is good... but main cons is.....far from the main town...I hav to pay extra for rent a taxi...

Inconsiderate Staff - considering the temperature is going as low as 5 degrees we had requested for a heater in the room or extra blankets. The staff or the manager took 48 hours to arrange a heater for us and did not have the courtesy to even inform us that the heater was not available and did not even provide extra blankets meanwhile. I have booked room for accommodation + Breakfast, but there was no choice for food, they only service 2 pieces of paratha and pickle. Very disheartening :(
