Very good location of the property just near BD Block bus stand. Rooms are very spacious and furnished with all the necessary modern amenities. Staffs are very polite and helpful. In-house fooding is tasty and affordable. In one word it was a very good experience here in my stay. I recommend this property to the couples as well as family travellers.

I was not provided the room I had actually booked. Also,the room provided didnot have room number too which shows that they accomodated me in a room not for guests and enjoyed with the money I paid. So ridiculous. Also, receptionist was trying to deceive me by saying that room was booking date is not correct. Totally I felt dissatisfied.

Very bad experience with this hotel. Think twice before book this hotel. During checkin they asked 200 rupess extra as I had already paid the full amount. After complaining .. they returned it back. Bedsheet was so dirty and used. Towels was smelling bad. Blanket was full of dust. Even ac was not cooling. Very disappointed...

I paid before I came and manager told me that they don't accept paid services. after discussion he accepted and give room and when enter damp smell comes from room, AC was not working not cooling, Food quality also not good. no other facilities.

I face harrashment during checkin, they claimed some extra money because their charges are more than that of I paid during booking, however **** gave a good support on that time. The rooms was clean and good. Its a good place for couples.
