The worst check-in ever. The person was at reception believed that he offering a free stay , we were not actually offering rooms at this price. Even after asking for an all-out repellent or any coil for mosquitos and a simple towel, the room was still crawling with mosquitoes. I asked for the shower to be fixed when he showed me the rooms to choose, before checking in, but it wasn't fixed throughout my two-day stay. However, the room's size and cleanliness were fine.

dormitory facilities are bad. Toilet, bathroom are unclean. TV is not there.. No bucket in the bathroom. Cooling ducts are there but they are not working. In this case, hotel manager should provide another room but he has not done it. Hotel doesn't provide linen. In short, dormitory facilities are good to stay at HOTEL SUNDEEP, RAIPUR, CHATTISGARH

Suggest every body to try this hotel at least once, good service, nice and pleasant stay. good location and amenities, staff were cooperative. only one thing landline connection was just missed but I think they are working on it.

There was problem of payment for this hotel.I had prepaid for this hotel but when i reached at the hotel at the the time of check-in they told you have not paid anything and they asked money for booking ..

no proper mosquito repellents were provided. wifi doesn't work properly, no intercom, staff behavior good, good food(breakfast). service can be improved.
