We had to move to another property which was far from this one. Initially the hotel status was displayed as booked after the payment was done. But once I reached the hotel I was informed that all rooms were full. After some discussion they suggested us to move to another property which was around 4 km away from the current location. As booking amount was already paid and no refund was possible, we did not have any option but to go to the other property. That room was average. So I am giving 2 starts in stead of 1. But this should be taken care that if there is no room available, either the room should not be booked, or the booking amount should be refunded immediately.

I didn't find property at the location The flagship board is not available , no body is available. finally I reached with the help of local people but no one was available, no reciption. finally I find another guest and booked for stay. I lost my money.
