//IMPORTANT// It's a bit long but really important for public interest. I had booked a room here, at Shree Krishna Guest House, Tagore Park, from *for 19th November 2018, and had paid for it online *. When we arrived at the hotel for check-in, the hotel reception man (* perhaps the owner or so) denied us to check-in to the hotel just because we had booked this hotel from *, so we cannot stay there, although it was pre-paid and we had all the valid documents. The man was too much rude and abusive. He saw our booking confirmation in his system too, but still didnt allow us entry stating that he is not satisfied with the price we have paid via the app and he takes more charges for the rooms and also he doesnt take bookings * due to his personal issues even though his hotel is listed in *app. When we showed him our genuine pre paid booking confirmations and demanded reasons for his rude behaviour to us and not letting us in, as he couldnt give any valid reasons for not allowing us entry, he started literally abusing and insulting us and even started calling us names and things like "MENTAL" "SCREW DHILA" "tumlog kabhi bhi kisi hotel pe nehi rehe sakte" and started treating us like beggers begging to stay at his hotel for free. I cant imagine how such uneducated, uncivilized, shameless, etiquette-less cheater like him who has lost all basic humanity can even be the part of a human service business like a hotel business. This was a very very horrible and insulting incident for us. We have stayed in various hotels in the locality before this too and never did we face any such issues. I will suggest each and everyone for your own sanity and safety to NEVER EVER BOOK THIS HOTEL. And I will kindly request *to take some major steps against this hotel for such harassments and insults*

Rooms are good and clean here...But room service is too bad, don't expect to get a cup of tea when U wish. plus point was I was given a room with balcony. Pillows are too thin....U will not get cutlery and plates even. Management attitude does not comply with service industry's basic courtesy...Hotel location on Google maps is pinned wrong...ha ha ha...so huge trouble locating...

Wonderful hotel in a great location! The room was spacious, clean, and stylish. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The hotel offers amazing amenities, including a fantastic restaurant and pool. Perfect for a relaxing getaway or exploring the city. Highly recommend.

Our family had a wonderful time here. The hotel was perfect for kids, with a fun kids' club, a spacious pool, and lots of family-friendly activities. The staff was incredibly accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed.

Lack of professional behaviour, first time saw a hotel where they take photos of guests and asked for id proves of both the guests, rooms were clean but towels were not, Also bedcovers were not arranged properly.
