Very pathetic and worst experience I had. The person named Karthik denied me the access saying that he will not allow with the amount which I had already paid while booking. Thereafter he asked me to pay 500 extra. After so many word exchanges, he came down to 400. I didn't have any other option rather than paying that 400. Where would I go at night? Already I had wasted more than an hour while waiting. His behavior was very rude. No service at all. Room condition was very pathetic, not at all in good condition. Bad smell everywhere. Dirty toilet, AC and geyser not working. Mosquitos helped me to have a sleepless night. Dirty bedsheets and pillows - very unhealthy. Not at all recommended.

i have booked room from you long back. when i reached oyo on 15/03/2025, the receptionist told me that though you have booked room you have to pay extra rs 1000/-, otherwise he told me to cancel the booking. i have no option to pay rs 1000/- and i have paid it and he allotted room. i have bitter experience with the oyo receptionist.😂

Even after hotel booking the Rooms was not available. Booked room was AC but they have provided untidy Non AC room. On asking the reception only this room is available if required you can take or else no rooms are available. Rooms was not good first experience with Goibobo is very haste.

worst behaviour of staff. refused to give room and he say pay extra 300rs and i denied and provided worst room without key and look horrible. it's likely under maintenance. no heater. worst experience in my life.

Worst hotel ever i seen , staff are also not good , so much mosquito but they have nothing to pretend this AC is not good ... No hanger yo dry shirt in this room ...

They are not providing the amenities for customers. Very bad experience. TV, Ac are not working. means they are customized. They are not providing to the customers.

I stayed. The walls were dirty, the whole room reeked of dirt. There was even a bloodstain on the bedsheet...Heads up, don't stay at this place...
