The worst experience, I've ever had in New Delhi. The hospitality is kinda 0 there. They had AC in the room but they have multiple reasons for not getting it ON. Even they have scarcity of the very basic things like water and the flush didn't working..after calling the reception so many times they will assure you to fix the things but certainly they will not. If you booked this property from platform, then they will indirectly force you to check out their property and look into other hotels. Although the property is good but lacking basic facilities, even they don't have lift, having 4 floors, you have to watch out for the steps for going up n coming down, if you're enough lucky to get 1st or 2nd floor, then all the best. Last but not the least, please be careful for this property.

I selected this hotel as they provide midnight check in and it said power backup available. there was two major power cuts at night for good half an hour each. In Delhi's heat, only a fan is on, you can't fall asleep. Didn't provide any water in room, forget about bottles water. I had to purchase it, denied for food service. My package included breakfast, ordered at room as there is no other space to go have your breakfast. no breakfast options, one single paratha and a chai for a person was served. normally A plate of paratha consists of two, we asked about it. He said this is what we provide, one paratha one chai for one room. I won't recommend this place until any option is left. Staff is rude, Oh how did I forget...

low internet access.. almost to nothing shower doesn't work..water shortage at al time..when I was alloted room they just arranged the previous bed sheet and blanket and when I asked them to change they said it's washed and the room was stinking with cigarette smell and alcohol bottels kept at the corner.. Electricity issues Television is of no use even it's der in the room most of the channel's are not subscribed

The behaviour of the reception staff was not good. Rooms were not clean, walls and bathroom were full of gutka and panmasala spitting. AC was also not working. we have raised complaint to Oyo and they have changed our hoter stay.

hotel management asked me to sit for an hour in reception because I have done online payment instead of paying at hotel. they were not happy with the prices and also abused me infront of other guests.

The hotel services was very poor. The fan was not working properly. There was problem in the water tab in bathroom. All of the above, the bedsheet was so dirty that nobody can even sit on the bed.
