It’s nice guest house. Owner Mr Jordan and Care taker Mrs Teena Both are very helpful.Rooms are clean, AC, TV, fridge,Hot water, balcony with rest chair all the facilities are good. It’s on main location of Anjuna beach on Corporation bank square. This place is very reasonable and peaceful place. There so many hotels and restaurants near for breakfast and lunch. This place is good for who have fear to visit first time with wife family or friends with Goa. Bikes also available on reasonable rates by Mr Anthony. Who don’t won’t very expensive trip. Stay Orange House. Marks 5/5.

It's a nice neat n clean budget accommodation which had a room with balcony with attached bathroom having hot n cold water, AC, refrigerator, TV etc that's required for a comfortable stay. The location was peaceful and very near to Anjuna beach 5 minutes, vagator beach 10 minutes, Baga n Calangute were also with 10-15 minutes by Scooty. The owner was really friendly n helpful so were the staff. It was a total value for money.

Nice neat and clean budget accommodation with a big room, balcony, bathroom with hot cold shower, AC, TV etc location is excellent between Baga and Anjuna. good for people who just needs a room to spend the night at without any other expectations. owner and staff very friendly and helpful.

best place to stay in North Goa, location is fine, hospitality is best but one thing which we need to mention that in locality we founds worst food in too much expensive so I suggest as per my experience hire a bike on rent and go to Panjim for best food in very low rate.

If you just want to stay without much amenities than this is best . Big clean AC room and super king size bed with parking. But you need to travel min 2-3 km to reach at any beach. I found this place good according to the budget.

very good stay, peaceful and budget friendly, receptionist was very cooperative, very near to beach, happy to visit again. except mild spell came when I entered into room , other than that all fine.

The overall experience was good... Ambiance was good.. Location is near from anjuna beach, baga, calangute, vagator and candolim, so it was convinient to take visit to every tourist attraction..

Average stay. we were three of us but got no towels. room was cosy for us. Tina was very generous and stay was good. great experience. enjoyed having beer and smoke at the balcony
