Do not book this hotel at such high price or even lower for that matter. Where do I even start!! First, the hotel is 2 km away from Lake and it's on a slope, if you're not an expert in driving or walking I'd suggest steer clear of this hotel. Second, all the amenities they have mentioned, they provide nothing. you just get a room to stay and that's it. Only got water geyser and nothing else. They didn't even ask for drinking water, soap, towels let alone other amenities. The bedsheets and pillows were dirty. Haven't seen such bad services at a hotel ever. Would not suggest anyone to go for it. Worst services, worst experience.

Staff's behaviour was very rude. They are not professional at all. They are ready to fight with customer any time. Room was also in very bad condition. Doors are broken. They didn't provide pickup n drop facility from hotel to Mall road while other hotels were doing. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

They dont provide any blanket ,temprature is below 3 degree i asked 4to 5 times for Blanket but no Response at all.even they dont provide hot water ,bedsheet is not clean at all ,lack Of hygine.wrost experiance till now.

Room was good but washroom was below average. The towel provided was also dirty hence giving 3 ratings. The only two advantage are: i Its near to mall road (approx 1.7km) and ii. It has its own parking space.

Hotel was Good and Staff was co-operative. View from the Hotel was awesome. It is walkable distance from the mall road. You can find pocket friendly eateries near the hotel.

the stay at orchid nainital was pathetic with no service and care of guests in the hotel. rooms, food, service was pathetic. we didn't had water one complete morning.
