Hotel is good and spacious, coz it's newly constructed. but it should be well maintained to retain good. Coming to the worst complimentary breakfast, this hotelier doesn't know the meaning of complementary breakfast. They jus give 2idly and one wada, nothing more, not even a coffee. They say it's chargable. You will be literally forced to eat that idly and wada, otherwise you can order remaining items items like dosa, poori Pongal which are chargeable. This hotel don't know how to deal professionals and buisness people.

Pls dont waste ur money. I booked 3 AC rooms for 3 days. But when I entered this hotel, they refused me to provide the ac rooms. They were asking another Rs 500 each for providing ac rooms. Even I had to pay that extra amount before check in. This the worst hotel I have stayed in my 46 yrs of life. I stayed there for 3 days. Slam area's room is much more clear than this hotel. The area is so bad where you cant get auto also. This is actually a boys PG. I have attached the proof also.

Not recommended. Worst hotel. They wont provide u the towels also. Actually this is a Boys PG. Staffs are very rude except one lady sitting in reception. The owner is a Good person, but he comes to the hotel at evening for 1-2 hours. Sls area's rooms are much more clean than this hotel. Chennai is a big city. U shall get a lot of hotels better than this. Pls dont waste ur money.

I booked the hotel around 9.30 pm when I reached the property at 10.30pm the hotel was closed and locked. I had to find another hotel.when called for reversal of amount the hotel denied saying the hotel had a back door entry and they have policy not to check-in after 6pm worst experience never go to this property

The hotel owner tried to be oversmart.... airport is not 3 kms. It's 8 kms. When i asked hotel owner he even told me 3 kms. But on maps it was showing minimum 8 kms.... Still the hotel owner denied me check in if i will not deposit my adhar card as security which i will only get back at the time of check out

Very nice place to stay, neat & clean Hotel, room service is very nice, daily pillow cover change, bed sheet change, cleaning of toilet & floor... For drinking RO has been installed at Ground floor, lift working.. If u came for treatment then MIOT Hospital is just 1.6km from hotel. Thanks For Serving.

Clean Rooms in the heart of Manapakkam, Safe and secure for couples. Satisfied with the hospitality but un satisfied that no basic amenities like drinking water, soap, towels were provided. I hope it is inclusive of the price. Self Controlled Air Conditioner and Geyser were provided.

dirty rooms, dirty cabinets. the whole room is full of dust and the cabinets have cockroaches. rooms not cleaned after previous people have left.
