Townhouse G SILVER HOTELS NEAR US BIOMETRIC

Dirty and unhygenic rooms, torn pillow covers, stained blanket, dirty floor , cobwebs , dirty towel literally had become Grey in color, a/c stopped working at midnight and no telephone to contact staff and they expect you to down to the reception and wake the staff n request them to fix the issue, fan was also noisy and wobbly couldn't use fan also, toilet seat broken and dirty bucket, rude staff literally snatched the room keys when complained about the room,wont even let u stay a minute longer after checkout time.Stay clear of this place ! DO NOT BOOK THIS.

1.lift will not function even though power supply2.TV not functioning3.AC remote will not function as what they have made set up we have to adjust4.They have not provided water jug and glass5.They don't have a flask to get tea/coffee (They have brought in a cover)6.They don't give soap/shampoo7.Very untidy towels8.No mirror in the wash room9.They have not provided a bucket and mug in the washroom on demand they have provided and the bucket was very untidy.10.Lights near the mirror are not functioning.For two occupancy only one chair

The hotel has asked me to pay extra charges because actual check-in time is only after 2:00 PM. The actual check-in time mentioned in the website was After 12:00 PM but not as after 2:00 PM. I paid extra charges but no proper service from the hotel. Even after multiple calls hotel management is not even responding properly.Wifi connection is not working and stinky bathrooms as well.I left the place after few hrs of stay. This place totally disappointed my staying experience.

Worst ever experience at this hotel as the staff behaviour was very rude and room was very bad ... tap were broken and the bed was making too much noise bad smell from the room and my worst ever experience at any stay in india ... rooms were like 400rs room it was not at all worth it Everything
