Hotel staff was very cooperative from the start. They allowed us to check in at about 7 am without much fuss. Stay was comfortable, room was ok, bathroom was nice as well and hot water facility, which is a must in winter, was readily available. Check out process was also smooth. I would recommend this hotel to everyone, specially the ones who book in an emergency situation, just as we did. Cooperative staff, good location, nice rooms.

The place is nice. A 3bhk appt. converted into a guest house. It was neat and clean and felt like home. Few set backs. It was difficult to find the place as there are no boards outside the building or at the entrance of the lane. There was no coffee or tea packets in our room and when asked for tea or coffee, the care taker denied of the service. There was a kettle, but it wasn't so clean, but it was pointless anyway.

Experience was very good Clean room very polite staff Didnt felt like a hotel rather a cozy homy feeling I had which is a good thing . Basically it's a 3bhk apartment which they converted into 3 rooms , there is dining space also . Overall a very good experience .

Location was very good, but we have some difficulty to reach out there. Services were managed by a caretaker and he was very good and helpful. They provide a kitchen also, but they serve only tea. The room was comfortable and security-wise it was safe to stay.

.The rooms were very clean.We felt like home.And caretaker Raju is helpful and polite.He also cooked us a very tasty dinner.Also it's location is good .There are lots of eating points outside .Overall a pleasant stay.

it's a clean and comfortable place in Kolkata. Rooms are reasonable priced probably this is the good budget option in the city. We were satisfied with the service of the housekeeper. We would definitely come back...
