The location of the hotel is few KM before Pahalgam , in front of the stream . The room is good but the bathrooms are very ordinary . They say the hot water is available from 6.30am to 10am and 6.0 pm to 10 pm . We went in September and it was sunny and hot when compared to other times . During that time itself the water was warm only and that to you have to waste couple of buckets of water to get it. The breakfast spread is very minimal and for that also the timing is 7.30 to 9.30 am . From 8.30am itself the restaurant staffs will start to urge by calling the occupied rooms . The restaurant staffs are also rude .

Not Worth the Price you Pay. No Cable TV. Cable is down since yday from day of Check In. Hand Towels were missing in the room Tea Bags are open and not sealed Toilet Exhaust doesnt work. Charging Points are very very loose they gave me the room on Ground Floor and didnt give on 1st floor.

Awesome location in peaceful place, 13 km from Pahalgam downward side but after walking 1 km outside you can easily get sumo in 30 Rs to reach pahalgam. Awesome staff and food. Hospitality is also good. Had awesome stay for couple of nights and Days there. Would love to be there again in Jan.

A wonderful property to relax, on Anantnag-Pehalgam Road, near Yannar Bridge, Pehalgam is around 12 KM from this place. Cooperative staff with good quality of service, however food is very average, but there are no restaurants etc nearby so better book it with the food package.

The hotel is Atrocious. The no doesn’t get answered. We had intimated around 1600 hrs dat we are struck enroute due to landslide and will reach hotel by midnight. He said ok then but didn’t respond even after 12 calls. Very Pathetic is xperience.

far from The City ( 13 Kms ) , No room boys , and the Food we don't have other option to relay on in-house Restaurant which have only standard menu, please Please don't opt this Hotel if you are Tourist

only good thing of the hotel is located in the bank of lidder river. No hot water available in the bath rooms, just warm water available. Rooms are not clean... break fast & dinner is just average.

This is the one of the best hotel in entire Kashmir. Hotel Staff was just cooperative & food are awesome. You can spend whole day in hotel’s garden.
