Palm Tree Heritage

Hotel has given the room which has no TV, the shower was not working properly, also towels were not clean, flush was not properly working. Moreover the manager asked to pay 1000 for upgradation if require, then after denial he told me to pay only 800 which I denied. After reaching my room one employee of hotel and said sir you can pay only 500 and we will give you upgraded room. I had ready paid 1646 rs which the manager was constantly checking while I arrived at hotel. and he was discussing with other employee that only this much he has paid, which room I should provide him like that. I was surprised because other hotel managers were quite supportive and provided good rooms. After staying at ****, that too half the rate of 800, **** offers much much better deal. THE ONLY UPSIDE WITH PALM TREE HERITAGE is that they have nice location in front of sea. Sorry for my bad English. But overall I didn't enjoy my stay there

Its a pathetic resort. in the images they showed everything pretty but when it came to rooms, they asked us to go 200 -300 metres away from the main property into a building. There was no service whatsover. we had to change rooms 4 times, still the AC's was not working. We had to sleep without AC. We had to walk 300 m to main resort to request people to bring tea in our room because they were not recoeveing our calls. We were with our parents and that made it worse. It was the worse stay ever

Very Bad Experiance , On Booking Shows Differant , After Reaching .Take you near by , New Property , A/C Not working , Fridege Not ,Working , shower No water , we were Shifted to Main Resort same Problem , The Resort Manager say Why you Book from Goibidio .is Fraud He suggest to Book Through Booking .com Location Of the Resort is Extremly Good staf is vert Polit Mr Singh from Himacalpradesh , very co operative

we initially booked for a non ac room.. the way to room was was not kept clean and the room was horible.. we planned to be there for 2 nights but we stelled down for 1 night in a ac room it cost us the same for 2 nights for non ac the ac room was good the food there was freshly cooked and it was nice
