hi, We reached the hotel location at 3 o clock , and the first thing we received was a NO RECORD found of our Pre booking.. the reception person told me that there is no such a booking, that was really pathetic ..Though he confirmed afterwords and thankfully i got the chance to check in No food service available, cleanliness rating is ZERO , tacky passage , limited crew over all its not UP-TO the recommended hotels

the location is on a busy street, off the plush palm beach road, surrounded by busy automobile repair shops. not such a welcoming location. lot of mosquitoes, there was no mesh shutter provided for the sliding windows, so you have to keep the windows closed, making the room very suffocating. however the staff including the front desk are very supportive and courteous.
