Excellent hotel. Great service The room and bathroom was very clean, and had the amenities we needed. The people in the reception were very helpful, not just on checkin and checkout, but also in giving directions to spots. The location is great- very near to Madgao Train Station. Buses are available nearby. Vegetarian and Non vegetarian restaurants on walking distance. I would recommend to friends, and will definitely stay again if Im back in madgaon" quite place.

simple but sweet, no crowd no, peaceful place, silent sarrouning apart from the vehicle passing sound. Lucky to get the room as it is seen occupied, very near to the Madgao railway station, and market, bus stop is almost in front of the hotel, near the church. The wife and children enjoy it a lot as it is on the second floor and can see the city from the balcony, not everything but a glimpse of the city.

cons 1 room was small as per rate 2 bathroom was very small 3 no food available in hotel 4 from hotel 400 miter i had to go for dinner ,lunch ,breakfast , 5 no amenities pros 1 fresh environment 2 free wifi ,water bottle ,mobile charger 3 near city center 4 staff's good behavior

Excellent budget hotel. Good and comfy. Toilet was neat and clean with hot running water. There is a big balcony which is a plus. Location is good, walking from Madgaon railway station. Staff at reception is very helpful. Overall good experience.

bed was comfortable, washroom was clean and air conditioner was perfect overall everything was clean and comfortable and the hotel area is near to market area so its really helpful staff was really good 😊
