This hotel is just an imitation of some really good hotels but surely fails to deliver. Staff is friendly but service is very slow. Food menu is good but most of the items we ordered were not available. kettles, AC, fridges didn't work. TV was faulty did not work properly. low quality cable tv connection. Overall most of the hotels now a days provide much genuine and better services than them. so if you are planning to relax and enjoy your holiday, look for better hotels in Barog area. Paragon palace is not worth the money. only the rooms are better designed and beds are comfortable. Rest not expect much.

This hotel use to be finest hotel in Salon but i am really disappointed in writing this review. Property needs to be renovated. This used to be most hygienic hotel in Entire Himachal Stations. dirty bed sheets Rotten pillow covers and mattresses. Decayed wood work in room etc. kindly pay attention your property need maintanence. I am posting photo just because i just the place and hotel team.

room service have to improve toward good. I ordered dinner which is sarved cover. their employees carry food in open dishsets from kitchen area to room. idont know they are concern with it or not.2nd thing Very low option in breakfast I can count 2or3 may be. if you want hot water then have to waste 2to 3 water bucket which is very wrong. rooms are good and bathroom are nice.

Felt like we were staying in Rs. 500-800/- room. - Overall cleanliness and hygiene was very low quality. - We opted for Valley view room but the room had absolutely no view at all. What they claim on site is false. - Food was good and rooftop restaurant had a nice view.

Wonderful experience.. Hotel is located on the road very near to solan bus stand. Rooms were clean and staff was friendly. Terrace area is brilliant for evening time and dinner. Breakfast was delicious with lots of variety. Certainly will choose this hotel for all solan or nearby trips.

The hotel is located right in the center of Solan so very convenient for doing shopping in street stores and the market. It's very comfortable, has everything one needs in the room and the lobby is beautifully decorated. I took many photos of the artwork in the lobby.

Hot water was not working in all 3 rooms. Hot water started in two rooms only at 11 Pm. No hot water in 3rd room they informed that need to shift room after 11 Pm. Third room was not executive room it doesn't match description given while booking room

The hotel doesn’t appear to be like it mentioned. The phone was not working, the tv had no signal and even no buffet. No proper amenities were there. Not worth the money. Just staff was good and location close to market. Rest wastage of money.

hotel room was not cleaned at the time of check in, we need to tell them to clean the flour. the hotel room and service was not worth at all for the price charged to me. it was really disappointing. I want refund for the same.

Hotel is good , staff is courteous .food is tasty and good . But property require maintainance . Rooms are bit lousy . Room service is prompt and Bar area is awesome . Would recommend to others too

It’s wonderful experience at Hotel Paragon . Room was neat & clean . View from the terrace is beautiful. Terrace is “ Shaan “ of the hotel . Reception area is impressive.
