Hotel Pavillion

I booked this hotel for my parents as they were Visiting Mahalaxmi Temple. I had booked an Executive Room which clearly mentions to have a double bed but upon check in my father saw two small single beds in the room provided, upon enquiring the Hotel offered to downgrade the room category from Executive to Deluxe even when I had paid higher price for an Executive Room saying that they have double beds only in Deluxe rooms and all their Executive Rooms have only twin single beds. This is a clear case of wilful mischief by the hotel for posting a double bed and then asking the customer to downgrade the room even though they have paid higher amount. Very shady and poor tactics from the hotel. the hotel was not worth that much. My parents were to stay at the Executive room with a double bed that I had booked for them which clearly shows the property mentioning that they have double bed available in Executive Rooms however upon arrival they opened a room with twin single beds. and my parents were asked to accommodate into a lower fare deluxe room with less amenities if they wanted a double bed. this is a clearly case of wilful mischief by posting wrong amenities and charging higher and then using such cheap tactics to downgrade the room category for travellers. pathetic service from the hotel staff.

I recently stayed at Hotel Pavilion in Kolhapur, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The room was spotless and incredibly hygienic, which made my stay all the more comfortable and relaxing. The staff was friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend Hotel Pavilion to anyone visiting Kolhapur, whether for business or leisure. It’s the perfect combination of comfort, cleanliness, and culinary delight. Fantastic Stay with Excellent Dining Experience

Nice spacious hotel, good vibes, restaurant also has good ambience. Supportive staff. My kiddo got cough and we decided to give him home remedy like onion juice with jaggery. So unsure of whether hotel restaurant will cater our demand or not we decided to asked them whether they could gives us Onion Juice with Jaggery and to our surprise they immediately said yes and in within 10 min they send that to our room and for this service they not charged as well.

Hotel Pavillion is centrally located hotel in Kolhapur & has got fantastic ambience, rooms are nice & clean. Staff is also courteous & well mannered & supportive. Only issue is of check out time i.e.10AM which is inconvenient & also though breakfast quality is good but spread can be better. Can be called value for money if mentioned points are improved.
