# PROS : - (1) Middle of the city, near from shopping area, Pondy Bazaar. (2) Rooms are clean & neat. (3) Air conditioner is ok & room gets cooled fast. (4) Hot water : - Availability and water Pressure Good. (5) Service : Very Courteous Service by staff. # Cons :- (1) Breakfast starts at 8.00am. So if you have to leave early for work, you will get Egg Omelet / Bread Butter / Tea / Coffee. Generally if you have to reach Industrial Areas by 9.00am like Orgadam, Ambattur, Sriperumbudur, Gumdipundi etc, you may have to skip the breakfast. (2) Initial problem in the water tap but resolved on the same day. (3) Do not have any kitchen so you need to call food from outside (Sangeetha Restaurant is nearby but delivery will take minimum 30 Min. (4) Laundry :- You will get the clothes on the next day & not on the same day evening. Difficult for short travelers. Remember the location for taxi/auto : - Behind Indian Oil Petrol Pump / Opposite Lane to KFC, T.Nagar

Hotel was easy to locate. Staff are courteous. The breakfast menu provided was also adequate. Only thing is that lunch & dinner need to be ordered from a nearby restaurant. But then, if you don't need room service, there are plenty of options and cuisines nearby to choose from. I could even get parking for my Innova inside the Pebbles compound. I had official work in Residency Towers which was just 200m away. Overall, a very good place to stay. Would definitely choose this place over any other the next time I'm in Chennai.

Though the location is in heart of the city and the place is good it’s high time the service apartment is completely renovated and rectified the rooms we had taken one of the room health facet is so damaged that water splashes out from every where. We were getting such a dirty yellow color water AC wasn’t working if it is working then the cooling was less. The staff at the reception is helpful but can be better.

The location of the property is on the wide road and in the residential area. The room and the washroom was clean and the washroom also had proper toiletries. The caretaker's conduct was also good. Breakfast was available and which was complimentary. Facilities and the services was up to the standard and hence I had a decent stay in this property.

I had a really good time at pebbles. It is centrally located and close to many restaurants and malls, etc. The staff was very courteous and they made me feel very comfortable as I was a single woman traveller. The rooms were simple and clean. It would be good if they had some basic room service.

Good Hotel and Good Location. It is definitely value for money. the restaurant service experience was bad. I think very less staff could be the reason. The hotel room need some more cleanness. Found 3 to 4 mosquitos and some fly inside the room and toilet. overall good to stay.

Have stayed here many times however this time the stay was disappointing. The AC wasn't cooling as much and the washroom faucet was leaking... There was dirty water flowing from the tap while taking bath ... Location is the main plus point of this serviced apartment.

The Rooms were neat and clean. it is just a few mins walk from the main road in the T Nagar area where you can find options to shop and eat. The only issue I found was that I could see a few cockroaches in the room. it was near my meeting venue.

In the morning breakfast was free. The property location was in the residential area. Services were managed by 2 or 3 people. Free WiFi/internet facility was an added advantage .
