I had an amazing time and its hard to find words to describe my experience at Peter's. Peter and the entire wonderful family would go an extra mile every time you need help for the smallest thing. Peter has been exceptionally helpful in chalking out my day's plan for my 5 day stay at his place. He would suggest all the good places to visit be it food joints, clubs, beaches, other sites. I never left the place before discussing my day's plan and i didn't get dissapointed a single time. Let's talk about the place objectively: PROS: 1) I have had my fare share of stay in Goa in the past and I can bet that you will not find such a place with such low price tag (Its a freakin' steal). 2)The room is very spacious and have all the basic amenities, the point that struck me the most is the cleanliness of the room and the washrooms and they (Peter's) always make sure that the cleanliness is maintained throughout the entire stay of the guest. 3) Very reasonably priced food and that too of high quality and hygiene. Me and my wife loved having breakfast's there ( my favourite being fried eggs and a killer masala chai (tea). My wife really dug their Poha as well. Though limited Menu, they ensure that whatever they serve you is of high grade quality with unbeatable price tag. 4) THE MOST IMPORTANT expect of this place is THE LOCATION of the stay. It is literally located in the mid point of Calangute and Baga Beach (undoubtedly the most happening beach scenes in Goa) and by scooter its a 5 minute drive on either beaches (MATCH THAT). Anjuna beach (Heavy on food scene) is just 10 minutes drive from the place. This place couldn't be more perfectly located. 5) Peter will take care of every thing starting from your picks and drops from the airport...Arranging a bike or scooter for your stay there etc. You don't need to move a finger. Just talk to him and he will get almost anything sorted in a snap of the finger (literally..!!!). He has a lot of friends in town and he will even fix you tables in clubs and restaurants just over a phone call. CONS: Let me know if you find one (Lols.. :)) The entire family is so warm and you instantly feel the love and warmth when you enter there house....Lovely kids.....lovely dogs....a cute cat....I will never forget the first of my many stays yet to come at Peter's Vacation Rentals....

Not enough can be said about this cozy home-stay in the heart of Goa. In a location that is bustling with people, Peter's Vacation Rentals offers a spacious room to stay, comfortably away from commotion. To complement the unparalleled location, the family running the place provides an experience that I have never come across before. They are equipped to handle everything- arranging a ride, bike rentals, food, drinks and more. They are helpful right from the moment the booking is made. But the real magic lies in their knowledge of Goa. My wife and I were given the best advice that helped us plan our entire 3-day stay to the letter. We visited locations that we'd otherwise be clueless about and were left in awe every time. A must visit for a relaxing holiday, warm conversations and a completely chill atmosphere. (PS: Their home-brewed Fenny is to die for).

awesome guest house. its independent villa 1BHK. Just enjoy the beach which is very near to guest house. owner is so much cooprative, always ready to help with smiling face. its situated in greenry. If you visit goa then stay here. I stayed here for 3 nights but booked 19th july one night just to see hws owner or guest house. I went there with family so thought is it was not comfortable I will change next day but we have extended stay beacuse everything was above expectations.

We had a very comfortable stay at Peter's vacation rental. Peter and his wife are v warm and friendly . The food offered is very easy on palette and just like home cooked food. The location is pretty ideal some of the most popular beaches, churches ,Panjim market and many more cafes are very easily accessible . They take care of your hotel drop n pick up and also pre arrange bike for the duration of the stay. Overall a very pleasant experience.

We had booked the hotel through Goibibo a month in advance. The location of the place is quite appropriate with Baga and Calungate beaches just a ten mins ride away. The apartment has a living space and a bedroom and it was very spacious and clean. Food will be served if you order it to them in advance. Peter was a really good host and we really liked our stay here and would definitely come back here.

Very comfortable and clean place to stay walkable distance to calangute beach also u can avail local transport for commuting very easily. ONLY thing missing is the basic cooking appliances for a quick breakfast, tea/coffee, warming parcel food. Rest all good specially the owners very warm and homely atmosphere. Cleanliness & privacy..

At Peter's Vacation Rental, they basically provide semi furnished 1 BHK apartment. Rooms as well as washrooms were absolutely clean. Mr. Peter can take care of all your needs like Byk or Car transport, Airport Pick up and drop. It was a pleasant stay.
