Hotel is really at a very good location wide area for walks and ampel open space for spending time with family & frinds . View from the Room balcony is good however not all rooms are valley facing. Rooms are quiet big as well however no addons are placed for warm Water, tea coffee & its strictly a very basic setup which is the only factor which needs improvement. Food quality is also nice.

This hotel owner let us waited in midnight outside the hotel for two hours in winter. No one was at reception. No one picked calls for two hour. And on next day blamed us that we never reached. We are complaining in consumer court. Girls and family member never visit this please.. you may be on road for full night. They won't care.

They are having a good place to get good clients but some basics have to be worked out. Basic requirements of service missing, they don't have the kettle to serve tea in rooms. Soaps are really cheap. R O water can be served in jugs at least but surely not in used pet bottles of kinley or bisleri

we have done deluxe room which was quite spacious and big in size, food was very good and cheap. staff was very nice and cooperative. but they have to upgrade their rooms little bit more for price we have paid.

Everything in this hotel is just perfect. The location was good, the staffs behavior was well-mannered and very helpful. The rooms and the accommodations were excellent and the ambiance was too good.

Room and bedding was not that clean. Bathroom was little bit smelly. But view from hotel is very good. Staff behaviour is very good. They are really supportive. Food is also tasty.

hotel management cheating travellers...at the time of booking there are delux Room and breakfast free but both amenities not provided.
