this hotel ia situated 1 km ahead straight from main market in the local area where the locals are reisiding on the main road at ride side. there are 3 blocks in the hotel. we choosed the block which was infront straight side of the entrance. its fresh and newly interior changes than last time we stayed. The rooms are bigger and the best part of the hotel was the food of the restaurant the honour of the hotel mr.shabir was very helpfull. we are giving 4 stars from 5 to the hotel .u can park your private cars or taxi has got lot of safety. its a great budgted hotel. but dont expect u wil find 5 star hotel facilities by paying 2 star price. recemmond people who are looking a safe hotel with a great quality of food .

the hotel is well located in market place and lots of general stores and restaurants are easy to access. The staff is ok but says direct NO for anything you ask them for. We checked in late and asked about dinner in the hotel he directly denied and said that its not in your package so we could not serve you as we dont have ala-carte menu and that was a BIG surprise. Breakfast is the worst thing to have here as they have very limited options and the same is repeated everyday (aloo paratha,poha,jam sandwich and butter sandwich). Stay was good, hot water is not 24 hrs its only in the morning. Overall stay only of you are not expecting anything from this hotel.

The two service staffs were very good nad kind.Though it has the worst manager we ever met. This hotel forced us to leave the hotel at 4 am , though we had bookings upto 12 noon that very day. We requested again and again that we will not be able to sleep at night if we have to do so. " Manager's attitude to the customers were terrific.He constatntly lied to us and forced to leave the hotel at 4 am .

The location of the hotel is just awesome. Mountains covered with snow on both the front and back side of the hotel makes the view a splendid one. Water is a problem in December, though. Also, the hotel is about 1 km away from the market, so during an off season like December, finding necessary amenities become difficult as most of the nearby shops are closed due to the extreme cold.

This hotel in pahalgam was very nice place to stay with a great space and nice people who offered has better rooms than what we booked also gave us treat of kashmiri tea and food. We wil come to stay again at mr. Shabirs place. We came as a guest and left like a feeling of family.
