first of all they don't have any manners to welcome guest when we came around 4 morning they asked 2,3 times is there any booking from our end and told us to wait for sometime outside of hotel only ,that time outside raining that is I don't like. Better to book ' Kalinga Hotel' you will see the difference. I almost paid for extra room utilities but almost thing's are missing that is what I have paid for whatever Room Ammenties mentioned is incorrect. Executive room even mini suite category room don't have any - * Sofa * bathrobe * hair dryer * slipper Moreover they charge extra 1k for early check-in

The hotel is located in a small lane near to the beach. While most things were good. The room’s floor were moist and sticky and they need to do something about their door alarms which kept ringing all day long. We didn’t order food but we saw that used dishes were not cleared out from the lobby for a long time. We also found some dubious items in the bathroom hinting to poor cleaning practice. The staff was polite and helpful and their rooftop has amazing view. Overall, okay if no other options else its overpriced and doesn’t deliver on key things.

the stay was not at all good. horrible experience from the moment we stepped in!! the behaviour of the reception and restaurant guys was most unwelcoming and rude!! they don’t want to serve us at all. infact buffet breakfast was empty and even at 8:30am they said everything is finished!! i would not recommend this hotel. the rooms are small dingy smelly full of fungus!! bathroom door gets jammed ac switches off several times and no service from any staff even after multiple phone calls!!

After a lot of search From selected hotels we booked this property & initially we were worried bcz it was a last min call for the booking on new year dates but after checked in hotel we were totally satisfied .....nice ambience with a beautiful view of sea waves from pool area .....staff is good & manager was cooperative .....food was yum .....go for it ❤️ Totally satisfied cause we have a little daughter of age 3.5 years and she's enjoying almost everything ,

The best thing about this hotel is it’s cleanliness and location. The downsides are delayed services, and lack of amenities. I should atleast have a room with geyser. Also the net connectivity wasn’t good. We couldn’t watch out Netflix it was only buffering. Though the staffs are polite and co-operative. The food is not very affordable and taste is also not super amazing. Its okayish. Its a good hotel but not worth the wooping price we are paying.

The hotel is luxurious and good. It is very close to the sea. The staff behavior is good. our room was a royal suite but the sea view was not there from the room. overall it was a good experience . The hotel construction is new so till the time we stayed ,the restaurant was not available but they arranged food on call . i am sure very soon they will start restaurant service on their own.

no one was there to take the luggage from car to reception..i found receptionist was sleeping at 6 am in the morning...we had to wake him up...water in swimming pool was dirty...room cleaning staff available only in the morning...staff behaviour not good...overall expeierence is very bad

It was terrible experience. I won't ever visit this hotel again. They just loot money in the name of 3 star but have pathetic service. The floor was wetty and full of dust. And the rates for food is unreasonably high. Totally not worth the money they are charging.

my stay experience is literally the worst. their food service was very slow. they don't know how to serve food. they don't have a proper amount of staff in their kitchen. they don't have a proper list of their food menu.
