Pleasant Hill Resort

The resort location is top notch, there is always mist present and the view is nice. Room is good with basic facilities, resort facilities are like cycling, swimming pool, camping fire, play area and DJ. Staffs are friendly and ready to assist, we have booked 3 rooms, shampoo and kettle was missing in my room on calling them they have provided, TV is not recharged in another room we have informed them to recharge but they did not do, perhaps if we have called them again they could have recharged. Breakfast options are limited but tasty, lunch and dinner are overpriced but tasty. Since it is resort the price is justifiable. Overall a good budget resort and one more thing to add is it is 30kms away from munnar central, which will consume our travel time.

We had a very comfortable and pleasant stay for 3 days in this property. Pros: 1. The hospitality of the restaurant staff is worth mentioning 2. We had valley view room. The view from our balcony- was breath taking. 3. The entire property is so well managed and lit with accent lighting- it is very photogenic 4. The swimming pool is well maintained 5. We also received , proper room service of bed cleaning and everything- during our stay Cons: 1. The in house restaurant is overtly priced, since there is no other restaurant in near 50 kms from where food can be arranged 2. The in house restaurant's food taste is not good

Awesome experience in pleasant Hill resort. PROS ALL ROOMS ARE WITH BALCONY VIEW. SWIMMING POOLS, KIDS PLAY AREA, PARKING AREA, CAMP FIRE, GRILLING FACILITY AVAILABLE FOR ALL GUESTS. YOU CAN TAKE CYCLE FROM THE HOTEL AND GO FOR RIDE FREE OF COST. BADMINTON, CRICKET, CAROMS, CHESS AND GYM AVAILABLE. BREAK FAST ALSO TASTY. PLAIN VIEW POINT WAS JUST 100m AWAY. CHILLED CLIMATE. CONS ALL AMENITIES ARE EXCELLENT BUT ROOM WAS NOT AS EXPECTED. ROOMS WAS GOOD BUT BIT OVER PRICED. FAR FROM MUNNAR ALSO Played in kids area, swimming pool, dj music, camp fire

Awesome experience..!!!! Frndly staffs and Management..!!! Strongly recommending to stay atlest one day..!!! Family atmosphere, pool,camp fire,infinte hill view. Also, i would like to give 5/5 for the hospitality which they provided to us.
