Poppys Pleasant Stay

The hotel is really very costly for the services it provides. If you are going here on week days you will have pathetic complementry breakfast. They have put a so called mini bar in each rooms where they have put some biscuits, chocolates and namkeen. Costs of these items are 5-6 times more than MRP and the same will be billed at the time of checkout. WiFi doesn't work most of the times or has very bad reception. For my 3 days stay wifi didn,t even worked for 10 minutes. Staff at the reception are very unprofessional and rude and they try their best to charge you for random things at the time of checkout. When i checked out they asked me to pay 800 rs because they said i left their towel dirty. As if guest are also supposed to wash the towels before checking out. Even after paying such high rates for stay, its really quiet an "UNPLEASANT STAY".

The stay at hotel is very pleasant. The only issue is wifi which is not covering at rooms. To avail wifi we need to go near reception counter and lawn. Food at hotel is very good. The hotel staff are very cooperative. Room service also good. The other small issues are that the hotel is charging for room heater. Free breakfast not providing for the kid. Checked out. over priced ,not worthy .Service was very slow .For basic things faced the problems (Towels ,Wifi ,Doormat near washroom,TV).The restaurant is ok not great .They should not provide the same breakfast everyday and if any item is over they should provide it to guests not to say simply its over.Room was specious and clean.

Rooms are quite neat and clean Service is not good, Not responding soon Need to call 3-4 times to get the some items like towel, heater problem etc.. They need to improve in service And quicker response It's a decent hotel neat and clean., stay is nice my only concern is service need to be improved.
