The place is very well maintained. Right from the the driveway to the old house, everything looks just amazing. The location is also perfect. Just a short walk from anywhere. The Annex room was a small let down though, it isn't a part of the old house it isn't furnished like the old house. It's a separate building. But the view from the Annex room made us forget all about it! The sun rise around 5.30 am was just gorgeous!!! Hospitality is good. They served a decent South Indian breakfast. Other meals we had in the curry restaurants.

Awesome location and very polite and supportive staff. Its a homestay just atop coakers walk. Staying here itself covers one major tourist attaraction as you get full view of coakers walk from property itself
