The hotel wasn't great, and definitely not at all as shown in the pictures. The room shown vs. the reality was completely different. We paid for a super deluxe room but were given the lowest category room. The staff even suggested that we were duped for the rate we paid. Extremely dissatisfied with the overall experience.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel President in Mahabaleshwar, and I must say it was a delightful experience from start to finish. The moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted by the friendly and attentive staff, creating a welcoming atmosphere right away.

Excellent service !! Will visit this every time we come to mahableshwar. Food was too good ! Misal pav is very much worth trying ! Enjoyed the stay felt like heaven will visit it again
