This is the best resort for its price.. its beside the back water.. calm.. The staff is just amazing.. I visited this place with my husband and they went out of their way to help us in all our needs. v had a medical emergency they immediately provided us with med kit.. They even gave us their two wheeler to go sight seeing.. I would highly recmoment this place to all travellers.. They have a clean pool,rooms are very clean, food is good, and whole place is spacious and nice.. They even arranged massage for us to some outside family who has this business.. (I do not recommend it at al thogh)..

Thanks to Rakesh. We had a great time with Shanthitheeram. Could see him engaging with every family and ensured requirements fullfilled.. All the rooms were occupied by family with kids and my little one had a good time.. Wonderfull location and lake view and resort is well maintained.. We chose heritage room and it was good except for less natural light but no complaints. Food was OK. Recommended for couples and family with kids. overall a good stay to carry long memories and nice photographs..

It's a perfect perfect place to stay with family. Hosts are amazing. Room is very clean and spacious. Visitors are very polite and good travelers. Breakfast and lunch were awesome. Beautiful and well maintained resort. Allowed us to use induction cooker inside the room, to prepare food for for our 8 months old baby. Caretaker(Rakesh) is nice guy and is continuously available for help and support. We had a great time here. It's a perfect perfect place to stay with family.

It's a wonderful, cozy property. Serene and peaceful. They have a beautiful pool overlooking the lake. The rooms are spacious and nicely done up. They have a small staff so the service can be slow at times. The manager, Rakesh, is very hands-on and is always available to help you out. Overall a great place to stay. Bang for the buck!!

The hotel staffs are so nice. they make you do fishing , they have shikara to take you around , which will cost you about 700 per hour. they have speed boats too. it's a beautiful property by the backwaters. The rooms are very neat and clean , huge and big the outside seating area is so beautiful. Loved the stay

Value for Money.Location is awesome in this range .good pool with lake view which is worth and enjoyable. Mr.Rakesh who is managing there is a very helpful host there.he can also arrange boat ride, or u want some local item to purchase.Awesome time there .Recommended for a peaceful stay.

very pleasant atmosphere and well mentioned hotel. the staff is also very supportive. food is good but you have to wait for some time after order so basically you give food order before some time. swimming pool and view is awesome. definitely I come again to this hotel.

My sister in law lost her wedding ring from the resort and the manager hashir promptly replied and made arrangements to return it. I would suggest for a better complementary breakfast. Buffet breakfast would be better. Dinner was overpriced. Overall it was OK..

best place in aleppy… very nice ambience, family friendly and superb service. everyone is very nice and makes us feel welcome especially dawn. i would highly recommend. very friendly management who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

Stayed here with family for 1 day. Best experience so far. Pool and boat ride give you comfort. Visited 21 countries so far, but the warmth of this place is something to remember and service is great too. Parents enjoyed completely.
