Overall Experience its not worthy of what i have spend for this vacation, but one thing i can say it's walkable distance from bus stand nearly 150 Meters. No food provided by hotel, next to the hotel milk Products as well food was good for having both the veg and nonveg.Next to the hotel... they are providing Rental Bikes costs like:800,1200,1500,2500 per day with fuel based on chosen bikes. But i suggest you go for cab in OOTY local site seeing Conoor:1800/- (max 4 persons) OOTY:1600/- (Max 4 persons)Hotel people they are bringing you packages in tempo traveler Rs 250/- per head and driver will take extra Rs 50/- Parking etc, they will show places from long ,you will not feel good, wasting time at tea factory.I can say that only 5 places you can see clearly in tempo traveller:1) Boat House2) Thread garden3) Dodda betta4) Valley View5) Tea Factory6) Botanical GardenThey will skip Dolphin nose, Lambs rock Sims garden in coonur

very disappointing experience from the staff when we reach there. 1st they tell us to wait in reception and for more than a half-hour, we will wait. after that, they will give one room and say it's your room. The given room is not the booked room and i tell us that this is the room i booked and give the correct room I booked that time they tell us PLEASE TELL THE TARIFF AMOUNT AND THIS IS THE ROOM FOR THAT TARIFF. after I refused to enter the room they will come to compromise and tell us to give the correct room. Overall the hotel is a Good place to stay and the staff is good. the room will alot only tariff not for booking room.

The pillow covers were dirty. On our request they were changed. The small pillows supplied were smelly. The foot rests have worn out and dirty. No intercom facility. For contacting the reception we had to go down every time. Room service improved from the second day of our stay as they had some labour problems. Hot water not available 24 hours .No geyser in the room. No lift. Even though there is only one floor, it is difficult for the senior citizens it is difficult to climb up. The rooms are very small and cramped. The location of the hotel is excellent, closer to bus stand, railway station, bazaars, restaurants etc.

Really good place to stay with family & friends. Its located in central of the town we can easily accessible of all tourist spots. Clean rooms and good service by hotel management. They providing travel desk facilities to sight seeing. Staffs are good and friendly behaviour. Hot water will be available from morning 7.00 AM to 10.00 PM. They treat us a cery friendly manner.
