A nice homestay close to the finishing point and not far off the bus-sand. The owner Mr Santosh and his wife are co-operative and helpful and are managing nicely. We had booked room for 3 nights using Goibibo and the stay was wonderful. The AC, hotwater all were working and the room was cleaned everyday with change of towels. Only thing this homestay provides only breakfast and no other meal. If they can provide the dinner it would be wonderful. Generally tourists take the lunch outisde We had rented their scooter for a day to visit the Alleppy beach and Marari beach. For backwatr boating Shikara is better than the house boat as Shikara can enter and exit all the narrow canals where the houseboats can not go and we found those narrow canals the best part of the boating.

This was the best home stay in terms of real experience of authentic kerala house perception we had in our mind before booking it. Though most people book houseboat in alleppey but as per me real kerala can't be experienced in houseboat peeping people passing by it is best experienced staying with them in their home, talking to them, sharing goods and bads of place, roaming around city on bike, eating best of foods from local eateries... All this we got in alleppey with Mr and Mrs santosh.. Thanks for the lovely experience. For backwaters prefer shikara 4hrs tour.

awesome homestay ever experianced......everything about this hotel is excellent. The location of the hotel is near by to all tourist sports specially the back waters only 5-10 mons walking distance.The owners r too good and cooperative in all aapects. The breakfast was a must have feature... tooooo goood. I couldn't have expected anything better.....I would recommend this homeatay to all who are planning to come to Alleppey to make your holiday more special. .......Thanks for attending us so nicely.

This is very nice Homestay.Market is walkable distance. You feel that you live in own house. Hotel Manager Mr. Santosh and his wife is very nice person. I had stayed two days. Mr Santosh given me own bike for local sightseen of Alleppy. He is arrange a houseboat for me. Houseboat was really beautiful and nice. Thankyou so much for arranging such a lovely thing for me.I Recommend this Homestay everyone who wants go to Alleppy.

Comfortable Stay and Very Helpful Hosts We stayed here for 1 night. The location is very convenient, close to bus stand and lake from where you can board shikara/houseboats. Room was clean and comfortable for the stay. Hosts Raji and Santhosh are very good people. They helped us getting shikara at last minute and also suggested good places to visit around alleppey. Overall it was awesome stay.

It was my first visit to Alleppey. The experience at this homestay was so good that I would love to come here again and again. The facilities and hospitality was excellent. The hosts took care of every need of the guests, from babies to the elderly. This place seems to be close to all the important tourist spots. Ideal to go in big groups.

We stayed for 2 nights, it felt like a home, the owner of place gave us a very warm welcome. Place is 15 mins by walk from main bus stand and 30 mins by railway station. Best place to stay near by back waters which is at 5 mins by walk ( finishing point ). Rooms are very neat and tidy and a very good ambience :) :)

Good location and a very clean house. Santosh and Raji are a lovely and helpful couple. Don't miss the canoe trip and food at Thaff restaurant as recommended by them.They even let us use their bikes for local transport. Wonderful experience staying there.

Homestay is really nice. Big rooms with AC and Breakfast. Owners were really friendly and arranged a shikara boat for us. Points to be noted : As they provide only breakfast, prepare yourself to have lunch and dinner outside as there is no other way.
