This property had some negative reviews to which about when asked at the hotel they told these reviews are by the guests who pay higher prices during peak seasons time. So they expect a 5 star services out of the higher price paid in season. Therefore those are grudge reviews. The property was amazing and the best budgeted stay I have ever had. Hotel rooms were clean and neat, staff was courteous If you are going in with high expectations then think again this is a budget hotel and it delivers what it promises.. Pros: 1. It was one of the most fascinating experiences I have ever come across. Amazing staff, amazing vibe. It's not any 3 star or something. But a air bnb style homestay property with amazing rooms and ambience. Just 1. 5 km from nakkie lake situated in the main road. Amazing view of the hills if you book a golden Premier Hill facing room. The spring matress in the rooms were just like so amazing.

We had an absolutely amazing time here . This hotel has very kind and disciplined staff especially bahadur singh ji. Owner of this place are also very kind and helpful. They hosted us really well. Food is amazing too. And hotel is at a very prime location so everything is very near by. I 100% recommend this place . Must visit .

I keep travelling to mount Abu for business purpose and I stay in this property only which I book via ibibo. Since this portal is reliable. According to me its a very bets property for the price. Staff is very cooperative. Prime location just 1.5 km from nakki Lake. Newly renovated rooms and washrooms thus up to the mark.

What' a pleasant stay. The staff is so friendly and cooperative. Thee rooms are more better then the expectations. Situated just 5 mins from nakkie lake. The washrooms are renovated hence amazing. The bed is so cozy and soft. I could recommend it to everyone.
