First the Pros of the hotel,
1. Location from Lal - kakra beach is very close.
2. Bengali Dishes were just Awesome. Especially the Thalis
3. Polite and Courteous staff.
Now,
Cons
1. They run short of staff, so things can't be arranged easily by then.
2. The set- top box is not recharged on time, so you cannot view any channels. You have to tell them time and again to recharge it.
3. No Events can be Managed by them. ( Example - Birthday or Anniversary) as they are short of people.
