We,a couple,stayed in Gold category room from 5 June to 10 June 2025.Our experience right from check in to check out was smooth and absolutely hassle free.Room was spacious and nicely maintained.House keeping was top notch.Hotel is centrally located and all tourist spots are quite accessible such as Botanical Garden is 0.9 Km,Rose Garden is 1.5 Km away.A2B has a wonderful vegetarian in house restaurant.We didn't opted for complimentary breakfast but the hotel was gracious enough to grant us complimentary breakfast.I highly recommend this hotel.

Staff need a comprehensive training in delivering customer experience especially on how to treat customers with courtesy.
They need to be sensitive to the fact that people have spent money and taken considerable effort to come.

Place is too conjusted and hot water is not
available round the clock when we reached at night 11 clock we were so tired and had to wait 45 minutes for check in inspite of booking room well in advance ....

Rooms are neat and clean.. also spacious n cozy.. perfect stay if you want to stay near City centre..Bathrooms were also very clean and hygienic..We ordered dinner from the hotel which was decent.

Our stay was just about okay. The food was average, but cleanliness was a major concern. The staircase connecting the restaurant to the rooms reeked of stale food and appeared unclean — it clearly hadn’t been swept or mopped in a long time.
We also faced issues with the toilet in our room. At night and early morning, the flush didn’t work. When we brought this to the attention of a staff member, we were told that the water supply is turned off at night. This left us wondering — what if someone ...more

It was very very basic room, there was no lock on bathroom door, not enough light was there in entire room, hardly 2 dim lights were there, toilet bathroom layout was horrible; flush wasn't in good condition, there was no ventilation in toilet bathroom, bed sheet and blankets were dirty had lot stains
