The hotel is ok and easily accessible from the railway station and Bus station. It is very close to railway and Bus stand. The behavior of staff is good they also have a kitchen available where you can order the food. Food quality is ok ok. Here hot water is available 24/7. You can switch on geyser from your own room. For drinking also 24/7 hot and cold purified water available. Only one thing I feel bad is that the price is little high compare to the room. The room was small only, for that room I have paid around 1700 rs. I feel the price for that room should not be more than 1200.

Good experience overall . Nice spacious rooms and good play area . The food was also great . Indoor games and availability of compatible rooms .

I am from Andaman and Nicobar Islands and visited Ooty in June 2025. The hotel was neat and clean. Situated near the railway station. The staff was good. Food was served in the room. Overall a good hotel. They also provided umbrella to us. Morning breakfast was delicious

Stay at this hotel place was peaceful and memorable. The room is enough spacious with a king bed. It is extraordinarily neat and clean. Outside natural view is amazing. Although the eateries are a little distance away, but the north and south indian foods are available at moderate price on request in advance (about 1 hour before). Yes, We admit that Aakash Rooms and cottages will fit well for families for one or two days stay. Food for room supplies is good. Please try to serve the morning Tea / Coffee between 6 to 7 am. The room is clean, but we found a big cockroach 🪳. Please place a bigger size foot mat or water dip to clean footwear and enter inside your hotel to avoid the common floor area often getting dirty. Arrange to provide Auto contact to the guest for making easy local transport to bus stand and railway station, and other tourist attractions. Because we found it very difficult to get an auto.
