stay was good and the property is beautiful. location is also nice. staff is polite. food is tasty. we also received complimentary upgrade on our room booking 😀 though there's scope for improvement in cleanliness and service time. overall a very good experience.

Best part of stay was jungle next to the resort. It's quite dense jungle and you can easily walk there on morning and evening. Stay on hotel was bit ok. Room service was quick and staff were professional. Room next to kitchen is avoidable as you will hear noise of chimney and staff most of time. Internet needs to be better.

We had a third floor room. No lift only staircase. Swimming pool water dirty. A/C wasn't effective. Restaurant had a very restricted menu especially breakfast. Cockroaches in the room. Location is such that one is constantly disturbed by traffic noise. The staff was polite and gave good service which was one of the few positive features of this resort. The parking space was ok. We booked this so called resort during our visit with family. They somehow missed booking one room and we had to adjust with extra bed. Not only this , the room we were given was having broken lock which was not fixed despite multiple complaints. Everytime we had to open the door with help of maintenance staff. Food was not good.

Stay was good. Facilities were good. Staff was cooperative. Some improvements still needed. Some basic kits like brush kits, sleepers etc were missing in the room.
