Location is not good, though nearer to the railway station but the locality is worst. The hotel 'reception' is horrible.. No place to even keep the luggage. Lift is pathetic.. It stinks all the time. A child puked inside it as she couldn't tolerate the bad odour. The room ac was not working at all.. The combod seat was broken. There were no toileteries provided to me.. No restraunt in the hotel. They ask an adjoining hotel for food if we order something.. Everything is a mess. Food was that bad ...more

great stay and good room but I have pay extra charge as per room I have needed otherwise room was very clean and awesome and top floor is new room is best

it's very close to station, managers and hotel staff's behaviour was good, Room service was also good.Problems:- 1. Room was small at this rate and bad smell from bedsheet.2. Towel was not provided.3. Bathroom condition was very bad.. a) 24hr water leakage b) bad smell c) very small bathroom 4. No privacy inside room(everything can be seen from outside to inside and inside to outside from window even if curtain was hanged ... curtain seem to be transparent.Although there no disturbance
